 Cereal – low sugar options (Cheerios, Honey Nut Cheerios or Rice Krispies) individual cups

 Quaker Instant Oatmeal Flavor Variety Pack: 10 packets per box

 Peanut butter – individual cups or pouches

 Low sodium vegetables – easy to open 15.25 oz can

 No salt added green beans - easy to open 14.5 oz can

 Tuna or Chicken – in pouches

 Reduced sodium chicken noodle or vegetable soup – easy to open can 18.5 oz

 Fruit in easy to open can OR fruit cups in light syrup
